The Jewish Home and Care Center offering skilled care, specializing in dementia care, inpatient and outpatient rehabilitation, long-term care as well as respite care.

Helen Bader Center offers dementia care in a home-like environment.

Chai Point offers gracious living for Independent and Assisted Living residents in an elegant high-rise building overlooking Lake Michigan, at the center of Milwaukee's cultural heartbeat. 1-, 2-, and 3-bedrooms available

The Lakeside Senior Enrichment Program, funded by the JHCC Foundation, offers programming and kosher lunch to seniors from the community.

The Adult Day Center offers an arts-based program with myriad support services.

In Ozaukee County, the Sarah Chudnow Community, located on 19 acres of meadow and wooded areas in Mequon, has the look and feel of a stylish, state-of-the-art residence. A town square conveniently located in the three-story atrium offers shops as well as a meeting place for active seniors. Independent living in comfortable 1-,2-, or 3-bedroom apartments, dining services available in a garden-like setting, and wellness equipment and programs enhance an active lifestyle. US News & World Report Names JHCC in Top Nursing Homes in US
The Jewish Home and Care Center was named one of the top nursing homes in the country by US News & World Report in its roundup of 5-star skilled nursing facilities around the country. Sarah Chudnow Community, our sister residence, was also named to the top listings. According to the site, "All of the homes shown received 5 stars, the highest overall rating, from the federal government's Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services. A facility's overall rating is geared to its performance in health inspections, nurse staffing, and medical care."

Time for Lunch?
Did you know that the Jewish Home and Chai Point host a Milwaukee County Lakeside Senior Dining Site? For $2.50, seniors can get a hot, kosher lunch served on china and white table linens and dine overlooking Lake Michigan. Volunteers are Always Welcome!
Have you thought about becoming a volunteer? We are constantly welcoming new volunteers at the Jewish Home, Chai Point and Sarah Chudnow Community! There are so many things a volunteer can do within our organization; from working in the gift shop to visiting with residents; stuffing envelopes or organizing a file cabinet!
